Chop garlic well and mix it with butter. You may also add some pepper, salt and oregano. Spread this onto a bread and grill it in a sandwich griller to make it real crisp.
Chop tomatoes in small cubes , add basil leaves(cut into small pieces), pepper. Avoid putting salt as it would lead to tomatoes leaving water. Mix well. Spread this mixture onto the crisp garlic bread and cook in microwave for 1-2 mins. Before serving, sprinkle oregano on the top. Its a open bread sandwich. Enjoy!

Low Calorie Veg Sandwich
It's a very simple recipe. The heart of this recipe lies in the preparation of tomato base in which all the vegetables are rolled in. The sandwich is a low calorie one as we wont use mayonnaise or cream base as we do in cole slaw but instead we would be using a tomato base. So lets just start up.....
Put some oil in pan and let it heat for a few seconds. Add blanched tomato and let it cook for two minutes. Add degi mirch, basil leaves and spices. Slow down the flame and add tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Cook it for a minute or two and then add nicely chopped (preferably juliens) of cabbage and capsicum. Roll it well so that the vegetables soak in all the juicy tomato paste. Cook for 30 seconds and put off the flame.
Now just take any favourite bread of yours, spread it well; sprinkle some oregano on the top and grill it in a sandwich griller for 7-8 mins. Your nutritious low calorie breakfast is ready!
